Allen & Overy has advised Arrow Global, a leading international fund manager and asset manager of non-performing and non-core assets, in the acquisition of a portfolio of defaulted receivables on the secondary market.
The transaction has been carried out via the special purpose vehicle Vulcan SPV on a platform dedicated to the acquisition and management of deteriorated assets.
Allen & Overy’s team was led by partner Stefano Sennhauser and counsel Pietro Bellone, supported by associate Pietro Milanesi.
