International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Advario Projects B.V., a leading globally operating energy storage company, in relation to the agreement to acquire Aluminium & Chemie B.V. (Aluchemie)’s land lease. Establishing a presence in the Port of Rotterdam, at the heart of the Botlek area, Advario looks to develop the storage terminal for the energy products of the future, together with its partners.
The Clifford Chance team was led by Liesbeth Buiter and consisted of Johanneke Butijn, Michiel Sunderman, Alec Sanderson, Charlotte Horsten, and Esmée Oldenkamp.
