Morgan India Private Limited (JP Morgan India), the sole broker in relation to bulk sale of approximately 37.6 million shares of Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals, held by MacRitchie Investments Pte. Ltd., a promoter entity and indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited.
The Capital Markets Practice of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised JP Morgan India on the transaction. The transaction team was led by Abhinav Kumar, Partner; with support from Anuj Pethia, Consultant.
The transaction was signed on August 05, 2022; and closed on August 10, 2022.
