
Linklaters has acted as the Hong Kong and US counsel to Shenzhen Senior Technology Material Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Senior Technology Material) on its global offering and listing of H shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), raising approximately HK$1.34bn.
Founded in 2003 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2016, Shenzhen Senior Technology Material is a lithium-ion battery separator manufacturer with more than 20 years of industry experience in research and development, production and sales of lithium-ion battery separators. The company’s lithium-ion battery separator shipment volume ranked second globally for the last six years consecutively*.
