
Linklaters has advised on the €1.25bn high yield bond offering by Atos SE, a global leader in digital transformation and artificial intelligence, as well as on its entry into a new €110m revolving credit facility. The proceeds of the offering will be used mainly to repay outstanding group indebtedness.
This landmark transaction marks Atos’ return to the bond market with a first-of-its-kind financing structure, featuring new syndicated debt sitting alongside its legacy debt, with pre-wired mechanics for a full switch to a conventional syndicated capital structure.
The Linklaters high yield team was led by partner Giacomo Reali, together with capital markets partner Luis Roth, and included US associates Samy Amirouchen and Francesca Sebastiani, supported by associate Pietro Baravelli.
