This is an M&A associate role in A&O Shearman’s growing Dallas office, working on public and private company mergers and acquisitions for the firm’s US corporate clients. It’s part of the firm’s expansion of its Texas corporate practice following the Allen & Overy / Shearman & Sterling merger.
What the role involves
- JD and active Texas bar admission (or eligible)
- M&A transactional experience
- Strong deal-document drafting skills
- Comfortable working on a growing regional team
