Hogan Lovells advises Triton and Hanab on EUR 1.4 billion syndicated TLB financing

Amsterdam, 21 May 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells advised Triton and its portfolio company Hanab on Hanab’s EUR 1.4 billion syndicated refinancing, completed in a compressed timeframe and involving bank lenders and debt investors across Europe. The transaction underscores continued market support for high-quality credits in a challenging macroeconomic environment and highlights Hogan Lovells’ ability to deliver complex, cross-border financings for private capital clients.

Hanab is a leading Dutch multi-utility service provider, with more than 3,000 employees, delivering integrated solutions across energy and utility, connectivity, and building installation services. The company focuses on sustainable solutions and digital infrastructure, supporting the development, installation, and maintenance of critical networks and systems for public and private sector clients.
