Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has advised its Reading-based client Invenio Business Solutions, a global provider of Systems Applications and Products (SAP) enterprise solutions for both the public and private sectors, on its recent merger with US-based LSI Consulting.
The Invenio and LSI merger brings together two well-established, high growth SAP implementation and consultancy partners, forming a premier global SAP partner for the public and private sectors. The new entity will deliver significant benefits to existing customers and drive growth globally thanks to Invenio’s strong presence in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific and LSI’s footprint in both the United States and Canada.
A transatlantic WBD team advised Invenio on the transaction, led on the UK side by partners Ian Holden and Philip Withey and, on the US side, by Boston-based Caitlin E. MacDowell and Rachel Rivkind. The firm provided key corporate and banking expertise on the matter.
Ranking in the UK’s top 20 law firms, WBD provides legal expertise from across seven offices in the UK and 19 offices in the US, using its local, national and international reach and expertise to benefit the UK’s leading sectors, businesses, people and organisations.
