MIAMI – Sidley is pleased to welcome Juan Delgado as a Global M&A and Private Equity partner in Miami. Prior to joining Sidley, Mr. Delgado, a Miami native, was a corporate partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Managing Associate Axel Miranda will also be joining from Morrison & Foerster LLP in the Global M&A and Private Equity Practice.
Mr. Delgado advises domestic and international corporate clients on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and financing transactions. He also regularly represents private equity sponsors in venture and growth equity investments. Much of his practice is in Latin America and cross-border focused.
