26 November 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Tyche Bank on the financing granted to Heila Cranes S.p.A. – a company specialized in the design and production of marine and offshore cranes, wholly owned by the Ibla Industries II fund, promoted by Ibla Capital – and aimed at the early closure of the company’s composition plan with creditors, completing its turnaround.
The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Francesco De Gennaro and included counsel Francesco Manzani and associate Francesco Barani.
