Team represents the growth capital provider in the growth debt financing for the fast-growing cybersecurity company.
Semperis, a pioneer in identity-driven cyber resilience, has announced it secured US$125 million in growth financing from J.P. Morgan and Hercules Capital, which followed a US$200 million Series C round in 2022 led by KKR.
