Kirkland Advises Generate Capital on Sale of Data Centers to Marathon Digital Holdings

Kirkland & Ellis advised Generate Capital, PBC, a leading sustainable infrastructure investment and operating company, on the sale of two operational data centers utilized for Bitcoin mining in Granbury, Texas and Kearney, Nebraska to Marathon Digital Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: MARA). The transaction was announced on December 19, 2023.
