Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is advising Citi as financial adviser to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CDR) on its £2.6 billion recommended cash offer for UDG Healthcare plc.
UDG is a leading global player in healthcare advisory, communications, commercial, clinical and packaging services, with 9,000 employees operating across 29 countries. Under the terms of the offer, UDG shareholders will receive £10.23 per share in cash.
CD&R is a private investment firm with a strategy predicated on building stronger, more profitable businesses. Since inception, CD&R has managed the investment of more than $35 billion in 99 companies with an aggregate transaction value of more than $150 billion.
