Latham & Watkins advised Omada Health, Inc., a virtual-first healthcare provider that implements clinically-validated behavior change protocols for individuals living with prediabetes, diabetes, hypertension, and musculoskeletal issues, in a financing consisting of a US$60 million term loan and US$20 million in asset-based revolving credit facilities. MidCap Financial acted as agent and lender in the financing, which closed on June 2, 2023.
