Milan and Rome, 14 May – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised – with two different teams – Renco Group S.p.A, as issuer, and the arranger and a pool of investors on the structuring of a €45 million sustainability-linked bond issuance by Renco Group, a leading provider of engineering services and leader in the construction sector, and on the simultaneous admission to trading of the bond on Euronext Access Milan.
The bond was fully subscribed by a pool of investors consisting of, among others, BPER Corporate & Investment Banking (which also acted as joint bookrunner) and Finint Investments with the PMI Italia III private debt fund. SACE issued the “Archimede Guarantee” on 50% of the bonds subscribed by some investors.

The proceeds will be used by Renco Group for new investments on energy efficiency and green economy, as well as for new initiatives aimed at the growth of Renco Group in Italy.
