Deutsche Beteiligungs AG is a listed private equity company. The company offered its shareholders a total of 3.76 million new shares in a rights issue by way of indirect subscription rights. The subscription price was €28.00 per new share. The new shares were admitted to trading on April 29, 2021. They are expected to be included in the existing listing on the regulated market of the Frankfurt and Düsseldorf stock exchanges and in the sub-segment of the regulated market with additional post-admission obligations (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on May 3, 2021. Jefferies GmbH and UniCredit Bank AG acted as Joint Global Coordinators for the transaction.
