DLA Piper advised Galileo the pan-European renewable energy development and investment platform, on its acquisition of a minority stake with the possibility to further increase the participation and entering into partnership agreement with Pagra.
Pagra is an entrepreneurial company active in the booming market for solar photovoltaic B2B solutions in Poland, being the emerging ESCO (Energy Service Company) and a leader in the development and installation of solar photovoltaic systems for businesses, utilities and public institutions.
