Global law firm Dentons has advised VSB, the international project developer for wind energy, photovoltaics and battery storage, on its sale of 100 percent of the project rights to Miejska Górka wind farm, located in the Greater Poland Voivodeship. The rights will be acquired by TAURON Zielona Energia, part of the TAURON Group – the leading Polish energy distributor.
The planned Miejska Górka wind farm will consist of up to 53 wind turbines and is expected to be operational in 2027. TAURON has also commissioned VSB to carry out further construction and planning work necessary for the commissioning of the wind farm. According to Tauron, the total cost of acquisition and construction of the wind farm may reach approximately 1.9 billion PLN. Once operational, Miejska Górka will be one of the largest onshore wind projects in Poland.

Its core business is project development and operational management of onshore wind and photovoltaic parks, battery storage solutions, as well as the operation of its own assets as a growing independent power producer. VSB operates in six European countries and has a pipeline of more than 16 GW.
