Global law firm Dentons advised Unicredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s. in connection with a €14 million four-year term loan for APS Holding for the purposes of refinancing its publicly-listed bonds arranged by J&T Banka.
Dentons provided comprehensive advisory to the lender, including the preparation and negotiation of financing documentation as well as the structuring of the bonds and security to accommodate the complex warrant structure on the borrower’s holding level.
The Dentons cross-border team was led from Prague by Banking and Finance partner Jiří Tomola, supported by senior associate Martin Manduľák and associates Ondřej Valeš and Eva Klímová.
