Dentons advised Exus Renewables, a global leader in renewable energy, on setting up business presence in Poland and the acquisition of a 53 MW wind farm portfolio.
Located in west-central Poland, the 30 MW and 23 MW wind farms are currently under construction and are expected to be operational in 2025. The projects will have an additional 65 MW of photovoltaic capacity through cable pooling, which is also under development.
Exus has a growing global presence with offices in several European countries as well as USA, Canada and Mexico. The company manages 6 GW of renewable assets across Europe and plans further growth on the continent through additional acquisitions and the development of wind, solar and BESS projects.
