Global law firm Dentons has advised international insurance broker Ecclesia Group on the acquisition of BS&F, an organization that helps municipalities to improve the well-being of vulnerable residents.

The Ecclesia Group has offices in seven European countries and more than 2,700 employees. It is one of the largest financial advisors in the Netherlands, providing services like risk management, employee benefits and claims handling for both the private and the public sector. As part of the Ecclesia Group, BS&F will be able to realize their ambition of further expanding and optimizing their services and solutions for municipalities.

Dentons acted as tax counsel for Ecclesia Group on the acquisition of the shares of BS&F Holdings B.V.
