Dentons has advised AirBaltic, one of Europe’s fastest growing carriers, on the acquisition of a minority stake by Lufthansa. Subject to regulatory clearance, the deal will provide AirBaltic with additional funding and will support its growth plans, which include building on its leading position in the Baltic States.
