Six Nations Rugby, the official organizing body of the Six Nations and Fall Internationals, has announced a long-term strategic partnership with CVC, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
The goal of the partnership is to invest in the growth and development of the game, to further improve the sporting spectacle offered by all tournaments, teams and brands, and to build data, technology and tools. more advanced commercial capacities in order to support the ambitious plans of the organizing federations and CVC.
CVC will bring to the partnership its vast experience in the field of sport, as well as its global network, and will work alongside the federations and the management team of Six Nations Rugby to realize ambitious growth plans for the Six Nations Tournament. and the Fall Internationals.
Under the terms of the agreement, the six federations will remain solely responsible for sporting matters and will also retain majority control over business decisions. CVC’s investment in Six Nations Rugby will be paid to the six federations over a period of five years.
