Baker McKenzie advised Mysten Labs, Inc., a web3 infrastructure company and initial developer of the Sui Layer 1 blockchain, in its acquisition of certain assets from SuiNS Technologies Inc., an open, distributed naming service dedicated to the Sui blockchain. The acquisition will enable developers and users to easily and securely build their on-chain identity on Sui.
