Global law firm Ashurst has advised a joint venture between Quadrant Estates and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management L.P. on the redevelopment of 30 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf.
The project is due to commence on site this month and complete in the last quarter of 2022. The project involves the major refurbishment and repositioning of a highly prominent office building in the core of the Canary Wharf Estate. The building, which will be renamed YY London, will include 408,000 sq. ft of new office, a new façade, café, retail spaces and a rooftop garden.
