“Siparex Investir en France” is an evergreen fund of funds with a lifespan of 99 years. It invests in a selection of institutional investment vehicles managed by Siparex, as well as in co-investment operations alongside funds managed by Siparex.
The primary aim of the fund is to contribute to the financing of French SMEs and mid-sized companies. It will support these growth companies, which are active in sectors such as healthcare, energy transition, industry, and technology, to accelerate their development both in France and internationally.
This fund represents an important step in the democratization of private equity in France, with the objective of creating value for both subscribers and the French economy as a whole.
