Latham & Watkins Represents OfferFit in US$325 Million Sale to Braze

Braze (Nasdaq: BRZE), a leading customer engagement platform that empowers brands to Be Absolutely Engaging™, has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire OfferFit, an AI decisioning company, for US$325 million, subject to standard closing adjustments.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents OfferFit in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Boston partner Stephen Ranere and New York partner Ian Nussbaum, with associates Galina Vujovic, Jordan Freisleben, and Rheem Brooks. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Chicago partner Rene de Vera; on antitrust matters by Washington, D.C. partner Patrick English and Bay Area partner Joshua Holian, with associates Ben Bouwman and Nathaniel Amann; on executive compensation and employee benefits matters by Boston partner Josh Friedman, with associates Rebecca Fishbein and Imara Joroff; on labor and employment matters by Chicago partner Nineveh Alkhas, with associate Sahar Merchant; on data and technology matters by Washington, D.C. partner Morgan Brubaker, with associate Caroline Toman Lammon; on data privacy matters by Bay Area partner Michelle Gross, with associate Kiara Vaughn; on capital markets matters by Orange County partner Drew Capurro, with associate Jacob Walsh; on R&W insurance matters by Los Angeles partner Drew Levin, with associate Cole Frost; and on finance matters by Boston partner Susan Parker, with associate Jake Hummer.
