Global law firm Clifford Chance advised BlackRock on the launch of a new bitcoin exchange-traded product across multiple European and UK jurisdictions.

This European product provides investors with the opportunity to gain exposure to bitcoin via an exchange traded instrument. This product responds to the growing acceptance of and demand for exchange traded digital assets across global markets.

The ETP will trade on the Xetra, Euronext Paris and Euronext Amsterdam exchanges.

The launch of this product adds to Clifford Chance’s track record advising global clients on innovative and market leading products, including those relating to digital assets.
