Linklaters has advised Viridien, a global geoscience technology leader providing a comprehensive range of data, products, services and equipment that support the discovery and responsible management of the Earth’s natural resources, on its milestone US$1bn financing package.
The financing package includes the issuance of US$950m (equiv.) euro- and US dollar-denominated high yield bonds, as well as the entry into a US$125m new super senior revolving credit facility.
Viridien is publicly listed on Euronext Paris.
The Linklaters team advising on the US and New York law aspects of the high yield bond issuance was led by partners Luis Roth and Giacomo Reali, together with US senior associates Adam Fitzgerald, José Alemán and associate Kimberly Martin.
