Clifford Chance has advised Banco Santander and BBVA, as coordinating entities and sustainability coordinators, and the rest of the lenders on a green syndicated loan granted to Vía Célere, a real estate developer specialising in the development, investment and management of residential properties, to refinance its EUR 300 million corporate bonds maturing in 2026.
Banco Santander, BBVA, Kutxabank, Bankinter, Unicaja and Banco Sabadell participated in this green syndicated financing through a 3-year-term loan, which can be extended for an additional year.
