Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Bogusław Kowalski, the founder of the Graal Group, and Abris Capital Partners, a leading independent private equity fund manager investing in Central Europe, on the signing of the agreement to sell Koral, a manufacturer and distributor of smoked salmon products that are sold across Poland and internationally, to Captain Fresh, an India-based global seafood company.
