Global law firm Clifford Chance advised a consortium of banks composed of Bank Pekao, mBank, BNP Paribas Bank Polska, Caixa Bank, ING Bank Slaski, Bank Handlowy w Warszawie and Santander Bank Polska on the extension of the tenor and increase in the syndicated financing for the Inter Cars group of up to approximately PLN 2.54 billion. Together with this year’s amendment and restatement, a sustainability-linked element related to ESG Key Performance Indicators was added to the financing. Apart from Poland, the financing granted to the Inter Cars group covers ten jurisdictions: Croatia, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Latvia, Germany, Hungary and Greece.
