Dentons, the world’s largest global law firm, has announced the recruitment of Niamh Keogh into its growing Dublin office.
Niamh will join the firm from Mason Hayes & Curran where she is a Partner and Co-Head of Tax. She advises domestic and international clients across all tax heads in a wide range of sectors. She has experience of advising on inward investment into Ireland and M&A, and is a specialist on the use of Irish regulated fund structures and securitisation vehicles. She has also acted as Irish tax counsel on international and domestic group reorganisations and establishments in Ireland.
