Kirkland Counsels Naviga on Sale of its Acquire Media Business to Moody’s

Kirkland & Ellis counseled Naviga Inc., a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company, on the sale of its Acquire Media business to Moody’s Corp. (NYSE:MCO). Acquire Media is an aggregator and distributor of curated real-time news, multimedia, data and alerts.
