After SC lifted stay order, Staff Selection Commission (SSC) declared CGL 2017 Results

In a major relief to the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), the Supreme Court on Thursday allowed it to declare the 2017 Combined Graduate Level (CGL) examination result for recruitment in the Central government.

A bench of Justice S.A. Bobde and S.A. Nazeer lifted its stay order on the SSC CGL 2017 exam result.

On Thursday, the court also appointed a high power committee headed by former Supreme Court judge Justice (Retd) G.S. Singhvi to suggest steps to make conducting entrance exams for jobs and admission in educational institutions foolproof.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE), 2017 (Tier-III) result for appearing in Skill Test/Document Verification.

The result is available on SSC’s Website: http://ssc.nic.in

Based on the marks in Tier-I, Tier-II and as per cut-off fixed by the Commission in Tier-III, candidates qualifying for appearing in Skill Test and Document Verification are as per lists below:

Candidates qualified in Tier-III for the post of Assistant Audit Officer for Document Verification

Candidates qualified in Tier-III for the post of Junior Statistical Officer for Document Verification

Candidates qualified in Tier-III for CPT and Document Verification

Candidates qualified in Tier-III for DEST and Document Verification

The schedule for CPT/DEST/Document Verification will be available on concerned Regional Office’s website. Qualified eligible candidates, who do not receive call letters should contact the concerned Regional Offices of the Commission immediately.
