Petronet LNG Limited is looking for applications for the Post of Company Secretary. The details for the same are given below:

Proposed Salary: VP Level: Total CTC of Rs. 36.19 lakhs per annum.

GM Level: Total CTC of Rs. 30.64 lakhs per annum.

Educational Requirements: Candidate should have the following qualifications:

Should have passed the final examination of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India and should be an associate or fellow member of ICSI.
Should preferably have a law degree from a recognized university in India.
Should have a minimum number of 20-22 years of Post-Qualification experience on the last day of submission.
Should have at least five (05) years of experience as Head of Secretarial function of the large organization.

Age Limit: Not more than 50 Years.
