Sidley represented the underwriters in connection with the public offering by National Healthcare Properties, Inc. of 38,500,000 shares of its Class A common stock. The shares were priced at US$12.00 per share and began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “NHP” on April 22, 2026. National Healthcare Properties, Inc. has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 5,775,000 shares of Class A common stock.
