
Linklaters has advised bp on the sale of the Gelsenkirchen refinery to the Klesch Group. The Klesch Group is an independent European refinery operator based in London and Geneva. The subject of the transaction is the Gelsenkirchen refinery with its two processing sites and the Bottrop tank farm, as well as related businesses activities. In addition, the parties agreed to conclude product purchase agreements.
