
London—Dentons has advised a syndicate of lenders – Akbank, BNP Paribas, Garanti BBVA, HSBC and ING – on a dual-currency financing comprising a US$200 million facility and a €50 million facility made available to Kordsa, a global leader in advanced material technologies.
The financing will support Kordsa’s general corporate purposes and help it reinforce its balance sheet structure.
