Dentons advises Ataccama founders on strategic investment by Snowflake Ventures

Prague—Global law firm Dentons has advised the founders of Ataccama, the agentic data trust platform for enterprise AI, on Snowflake Ventures’ strategic investment into Ataccama.

Snowflake Ventures’ investment aims to deepen the integration of Ataccama’s flagship platform, Ataccama ONE, with the Snowflake AI Data Cloud, strengthening the trust, reliability, and business context of data used by autonomous and agentic AI initiatives. Ataccama ONE serves as the Data Trust Layer for enterprise AI, unifying data quality, cataloging, governance, observability, and lineage into a single platform that actively governs, certifies, and enriches data so dashboards and AI agents across cloud and hybrid environments can safely consume it.

The partnership will deepen Ataccama’s integrations with Snowflake’s native capabilities, including Cortex AI and Horizon Catalog. The result is faster time to value for customers, with greater confidence that the data powering the Snowflake AI Data Cloud is accurate, governed, and ready for mission-critical workloads and AI.
