Latham & Watkins Advises The Phia Group in Investment by InTandem Capital Partners

InTandem Capital Partners, LLC, a healthcare services focused private equity firm, announced that it has completed an equity investment in The Phia Group, an industry leader in healthcare cost containment and portfolio company of WestView Capital Partners. InTandem is joined in its investment by strategic co-investments from HarbourVest and Partners Capital.
