
Linklaters advised Zetra, an innovative player in electric heavy-duty mobility, in securing a EUR 30 million financing provided by Société Générale for the deployment of a portfolio of 80 charging stations for electric heavy-duty trucks in France.
This financing, which is a first in France, will enable Zetra to accelerate the development of its charging infrastructure network for road hauliers and freight operators of all sizes.
This transaction marks a key step in the development of charging infrastructure dedicated to heavy road transport in France and forms part of the transition towards more sustainable mobility.
