Sidley Represents PayRange in Its Acquisition of KioSoft

Sidley is representing PayRange, a retail software and payment solutions provider, in its acquisition of KioSoft Technologies, a global provider of cashless payment and IoT solutions. The acquisition will combine PayRange’s mobile-first retail payment platform with KioSoft’s strong operator network around the world.
