DLA Piper advises the underwriters in Exzeo Group’s US$168 million IPO

DLA Piper advised the underwriters, led by Truist Securities, Citizens Capital Markets, and William Blair, in a US$168 million initial public offering by Exzeo Group, Inc., a technology solutions provider for property and casualty insurance carriers.
