
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised TPG, a leading global alternative asset management firm, on its 70% equity investment in Kinetic – Australia’s largest mass transport operator and majority owner of UK-based Go-Ahead Group.
TPG is making the investment through its TPG Rise Climate platform.
