
Sidley represented Bonaccord Capital Partners, a private equity firm that provides growth capital and strategic support to middle-market private markets sponsors, in its passive minority investment in Kingswood Capital Management, LP, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm focused on middle-market buyouts. The investment will enable Kingswood to expand its capital base and reinvest in the business while maintaining its existing management, investment strategy, and operations.
