DLA Piper advised Renovo Capital, LLC, a Dallas, TX-based lower middle market private equity firm, in its sale of portfolio company Rochester Sensors to Amphenol Corporation.

Renovo acquired Rochester Sensors in 2018. Cross-border teams of DLA Piper lawyers advised Renovo on four strategic add-on acquisitions by Rochester Sensors which brought new sensor technologies and access to new geographies and markets. Under Renovo’s ownership, the company was transformed into a scaled designer and manufacturer of liquid level sensors.
