Dentons advises TBR Global Chauffeuring on £83 million sale to Lyft

Edinburgh—A cross-border team at Dentons, the world’s largest global law firm, has advised Glasgow-headquartered TBR Global Chauffeuring, a leading provider of premium chauffeur transportation services, on its sale to San Francisco-based international ride-hailing company Lyft Inc. for £83 million (approximately US$110 million).

TBR Global Chauffeuring operates across six continents, 120 countries and more than 3,000 cities, delivering premium ground transportation services for Fortune 500 companies, investment banks and major global events.

The acquisition will expand Lyft’s presence in the premium chauffeur market, combining its technology platform with TBR’s service excellence.

The Dentons team spanning seven jurisdictions was led by Scotland-based Corporate Partner Brian Moore, who said: “We are pleased to have supported the team at TBR Global Chauffeuring on this significant cross-border transaction.
