
Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised The Central America Bottling Corporation (CBC) in a syndicated loan transaction for an amount of US$450 million arranged by Bank of America Securities, Citigroup Global Markets and JPMorgan Chase Bank. The deal closed on July 24, 2025.
