Clifford Chance advises Haier on the global antitrust filings for its acquisition of controlling interest in Shanghai Discovery

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised COSMOPlat Energy Technology Co. Ltd. (COSMOPlat Energy), a subsidiary of Haier Group Corporation, on the global antitrust filings for its acquisition of controlling interest in Shanghai Discovery Energy Service Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Discovery).
